Here at Borsalino we specialise in the "Degustation Gourmet Menu". Leave yourself in the hands of the Chef, Darko and pepare to indulge yourself in a culinary experience like no other. The Degustation menu offers from 4 to 6 small (yet satiating) courses that have been carefully selected to compliment and balance one another. Made from only the finest and freshet ingredients available, the Degustation Menu allows you to sample Borsalino's most popular world class dishes, such as Bocconcini, and Filleto con Funghi Porcini.

At Borsalino, we appreciate that everybody's tastes and dietry requirements are different, so we are very flexible and can change any of the courses within the Degustation Menu to suite you. For example Vegetarians, Gulten Free, Allergies etc...

Borsalino also has a private function room suited for presntations (eg. requiring screen and projector) and more intimate group bookings.* Please note there is a minimum of 15 covers to warrant the use of the Private Room.
