Freshly blanched local crispy Green Asparagus Spears lightly grilled
Au Gratin until golden brown.

Juicy Portabello Field Mushrooms char grilled and lightly brushed with Garlic infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil accompanied with marinated roasted Red Capsicums.

Premium ‘AquaTas” Smoked Salmon on a bed of Mesculin Salad accompanied by a fan of Avocado drizzled with tangy Rocket dressing.

Entrees

Our very own freshly hand made Potato dumplings served in a traditional Italian Tomato and Basil sauce topped with Grana Padano Parmesan Cheese.

Steamy Wild Porcini Mushroom Risotto with tender juicy steamed Chicken Tenderloin.

Soft and Light Spinach and Ricotta soufflings baked slowly
in the oven until golden served with a creamy Mascarpone cheese sauce.

Mains

Tender juicy baby Veal cutlets marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil char grilled to perfection served with roast potato and fresh garden vegetables.

Juicy Fish of the Day grilled our own unique way with smoked paprika and white wine, on a bed of tossed baby spinach leaves. Served with roast potato and fresh garden vegetables.

A wallet of tender juicy Chicken Breast filled with spinach mushroom and baby mozzarella pan fried golden and served in a special savoury cream sauce. Served with roast potato and fresh garden vegetables.
